Obituary:
Fairport: October 7, 2012, at age 87. Beloved husband, father and grandfather. Predeceased by his parents, Charles and Ruth Munier. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Helen; daughter, Marie Munier; sons, Charles III "Chuck" (Cynthia), Robert (AmyElizabeth), Gregory (Sonya), Edward (Luciana); grandchildren, Timothy, Daniel, Caroline, and Michael, Nicholas and Caitlin, Matthew and Cameron, Shannon and Stephen; brothers-in-law, Paul Mishia (Thea, deceased), James Sorg (Geraldine, deceased), several cousins, nieces & nephews; pet Scottish Terrier, MacDuff.
Chuck served in the Navy during WWII, and in the Marines during the Korean Conflict. He was a distinguished Insurance and Real Estate Broker for over 50 years.
Friends may call Tuesday, 4-8 at the funeral chapel (2305 Monroe Ave.). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, 10 AM at St. John of Rochester, 8 Wickford Way, Fairport. Interment at White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, emorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport 14450.
