Elizabeth Bingley was born in Salisbury, the daughter of William Bingley and his wife, Elizabeth Preston. Elizabeth married John Chase of Newbury Plantation on 23 May 1677.

Per a FAG contributor, citing an online family tree, Elizabeth Bingley Chase was born in England on Sept. 23, 1657.

However, the Massachusetts Marriages, 1633 - 1850 contains a record of her parents marriage on 27 Feb 1659 in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. Source: Family History Library, Salt Lake City, UT, Film # 0886202 item 3.

and,

Massachusetts, Town and Vital Records, 1620-1988 contains an entry for a daughter born to William Binglee on 24 June 1660 at Newbury, Massachusetts.

It is quite likely that she was buried in that part of Highland cemetery that was dug up during the depression to make way for the Newburyport Turnpike. Family legend is that the bodies in that very old cemetery were not re-buried elsewhere.
