| 81199 | WANDA HALL Wanda Marie Goff Sorenson Hall 12/3/1929 ~ 9/24/2010 Sandty, UT. -- Beloved Mom, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Good Neighbor and True Friend of many passed away peacefully September 24, 2010, returning to her Husband, Mother, Father, Brother and Sister-in-Law (Bob and Barbara Goff). Wanda was born December 3, 1929 to Elva Gardner Goff and Rulon Goff in Bingham, Utah. She grew up on her parent's farm in West Jordan being taught and cultivated with vigor about her greatest joy in life, "helping others." She began working and building her legacy at a very young age to accomplish her purpose for a multitude and with great generosity. "No" was not a word in Wanda's vocabulary when her help was needed, and giving came with one question; "Are you sure that's enough?" Nelson, Wanda's husband of 40 years, (passed away March 6, 2009) blessed her with five step children, Margie Ann Burt (Randy), Randy Hall, Lynn Hall (Edith), Kathryn Hall, Terrance Hall (deceased) (TJ), along with 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Her deepest bond was with her son Michael Draper. While growing up together in life, they helped each other to carry out their tasks together to perfection. Along with Michael came Judy Draper giving Wanda the daughter she had yearned for, and Judy a second Mom. The admiration and unconditional love they shared for each other carried them through the good times and bad times without regret. Wanda's two grandchildren are Patricia Draper and Eric Draper, along with three great grandchildren, Cyndee Draper-Laub, Eternity Draper and Faith Draper, who were loved from the bottom of her heart. She cherished her outings and travels joining her friends and family wherever they might gather along with planning and having parties for festive occasions and the holidays at her home for all to delight in. Wanda's wishes were to be cremated at Larkin Mortuary, foregoing the traditional viewing or funeral. Her desire was for her family and all who knew her to join in her "Celebration of Life" on October 16, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Cottonwood Country Club (1780 East Lakewood Drive, Holladay, UT.) Her wishes were to bury part of her remains with Nelson at the Salt Lake City Cemetery and the other part with her family at the West Jordan Cemetery. We will miss you, our dear Wanda, but will hold you forever in our memories and our hearts. A special note of thanks to all who helped with Mom's health and personal care needs during the latter time of her life. | Goff, Wanda Marie (I85032)
