Born in Chicopee, Mass., Dec. 6, 1913, she was the daughter of Isadore and Florida (DesLauier) Picard. She attended Chicopee schools. She was married to Howard Hall in 1936 in Goshen, Mass. The couple lived on a farm in Ashfield for several years. After retiring from Kendall Mills in Colrain, Mass., they moved to Brooksville, Fla., in the mid-1960s. After the death of her husband in 1985, she remained in Florida, moving to Windsor in 1997. Hall enjoyed bingo. Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Reeves of Hartford, Vt., and Gladys Wilbur of Harrisburg, Pa.; three brothers, Francis Picard of Agawam, Mass., and Donald and Harold Picard, both of Chicopee; a sister, Rita Zajchowski of Chicopee; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A son, Richard, died in 1993. A private committal service will be held in Hill Cemetery, Ashfield, at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Congregational Church Capital Campaign, P.O. Box 519, Ashfield, MA 01330.
