This website, known as Hall Families of New England Genealogies, contains copyrighted material and other proprietary information including, but not limited to, text, photos, and graphics. The entire contents of this site, including the title logo, are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws and all rights are reserved.

The website consists of several independent genealogies, known as trees. The contents of each tree is copyrighted by the person who contributed the tree.

All of the pages are accessible to the public for free without charges or fees of any kind. Some data and some tools are restricted to authorized users with a registered account.

As this site is research site with information about many unrelated families, access to the data on deceased people in the family is open to all visitors with no requirement to login to any account. However, we encourage all visitors to register for a free personal account as use of some of the site tools is easier when logged in, we can keep you informed about updates to the site, and other benefits will be available.

The information on this site is intended to be freely used by researchers for personal, non-commercial use that is not meant to generate income or money. Please note that copying information for use on a site that requires payment is not permitted without prior authorization.
