    Son of Isaac and Mehitabel, nee Allen, Alden. Great grandson of John Alden and Priscilla Mullins Alden.

    Husband of Anna Keith Alden, daughter of Joseph Keith. They were married in 1717 and resided in East Bridgewater.

    They were the parents of Anna (b. 1718), Susanna (b. 1719), Abigail (b. 1721), Nathan (b. 1727) and Ezra (b. 1732)

    Captain Alden was the last surviving original member of the first church in East Bridgewater, established in 1724.

    Married in 1756 to Rebecca Keith of Easton. She was the daughter of Josiah Keith of Easton. After his death she married John Bisbee.

    They were the parents of a son (b. and d. 1757), Abby (b. and d. 1759), Abigail (b. 1761), Isaac (b. 1763), and Susanna (b. 1766).
