    From FindaGrave:

    Theodosia Haynes Taylor

Born about March 25, 1896, Springfield, Mass., Theodosia Haynes Taylor was perhaps the first born child of Stanford L. Haynes and Emily Roxanna Leonard(?) Haynes, both born in Mass.

    Theodosia Haynes married Alexander Taylor.

On June 23, 1921, Morganton, Burke County, N.C., Theodosia Haynes Taylor, married, died at the age of 25 yrs, 2 mo, and 28 days. She had just recently given birth a few days before to a son, perhaps her only child, born on June 15, 1921.

According to a Mass. census her Mother had already died also, at a rather young age. As, her Father was a widower in the 1920 census. By the census, her Mother would have died sometime between the 1910-1920 census of Mass.

Burial: Uncertainty if buried in the Forest Hill Cemetery, if not buried in this cemetery where her husband's relatives were buried and then her husband also buried later on, then her body may have been taken back to Mass. for burial where her relatives there were residing. Info. for her D.C. appeared to have been provided by her brother, Lourance S. Haynes, of Longmeadow, Mass.
