    Benjamin COLE was buried in North Swansea Cemetery across Highway 6 from the First Baptist Church, old section. "His gravestone says: In Memory of Mr. Benjamin Cole he died Dec. 20th, 1776 in the 70th year of his age. Benjamin is listed as a freeman at Warren, Bristol Co., RI, in 1747.

    He was married to Elizabeth Nelson on 19 Nov 1730 in Rochester, Massachusetts.
