She married David Gifford May 25, 1766 at Portsmouth, Newport County, Rhode Island and their children were: Gideon, Elizabeth (#116817366), Jeremiah, Ephraim, Joseph, Mary and Abigail Durfee. Abigail, the mother, died August 22, 1832 at Portsmouth and was buried there in the St. Paul's Cemetery - St. Paul's Episcopal Church Graveyard.
