Obituary:
Sylvia E. Brimacomb 96 formerly of Austin died Monday February 9, 2015 at Good Samaritan Society in Albert Lea where she had been a resident for a number of years.

Sylvia was born in Austin on February 19, 1918 to Enoch and Belle (Holmes) Hall. She attended school in Austin. Sylvia married Maitland Brimacomb April 25, 1941. She was a homemaker and a mother of one son, Leonard.

Sylvia enjoyed coloring and solving word puzzles.

Survivors include one son, one sister-in-law, one granddaughter and nieces and nephews.

Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents, husband Maitland, 2 brothers Theodore and Hollis, two sisters Doris and Bernice and daughter-in-law Joyce Brimacomb.

There will be no visitation.

An informal gathering with family members will take place at Sylvia's graveside at 11AM on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.

Sylvia married Maitland Stacy Brimacomb on 24 Apr 1941 in Mower County, Minnesota. Maitland was born on 21 Dec 1878 in Austin, Mower County, Minnesota; died on 25 Apr 1963 in Austin, Mower County, Minnesota; was buried after 25 Apr 1963 in Oakwood Cemetery, Austin, Mower County, Minnesota.
