James moved to Lexington Township in Scott Co., in his later years. He was know there as the Village blacksmith.

Under Blocher listings:
James Hall, who has for many years resided here, and long known as the " village blacksmith," died Thursday morning. Aged 80 years, lacking one month. He has been in poor health for many months but death was hastened by pneumonia. Burial was as Sacffold Lick, Friday afternoon.

of death based on the birth of her last child and also according to a 1910 census all 4 of her sons were living in a orphanage in Indianapolis. Father was alive till 1961 so why were the boys in an orphanage?
