    There appears to be a conflict on his actual death year and location. "Connecticut, Deaths and Burials Index, 1650-1930" and "Connecticut, Hale Cemetery Inscriptions and Newspaper Notices, 1629-1934" show that he died on 9 Oct 1824. This is the basis to the use of that date here. "Family Data Records - Individual Records" found at Ancestry.com shows that he died in 1834.
