    HARTLEY - Raymond Wilbur Hall, 76, died Friday, Feb. 26, 1999. Hass Funeral Home, Dalhart.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Hartley Christian Fellowship Church with Jimmye Cole, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Hartley Cemetery by Hass Funeral Home, Dalhart.

    Mr. Hall was born in Sedan, N.M., and grew up there and in Weed, N.M. He served with the Navy during World War II, built grain elevators and did custom farming and carpentry.

    In 1964, he married Carmen Herrera.

    Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Christina Vincent of Canyon, Carmelita Gage of Tulia and Bertha Allen of New Iberia, La.; three brothers, Floyd Hall of Artesia, N.M., Earl Hall of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Fred Hall of Portales, N.M.; three sisters, Helen Akers of Palacios, Bertha Harris of Dalhart and Edith Richardson of Tulare, Calif., and four grandchildren.
