Elmer Keeney, an old resident of Colfax township, died at his home three miles southwest of Napier on Sunday night after an illness of a year and a half. He was sixty one years of age. The funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock from the M.E. church at Napier. Revs. Bingaman and Wright conducted the services and the remains were laid to rest in the Clark cemetery. He is survived by his wife and one son.
