Jacob Cooke married Phebe Hall (1688-15 Jul 1728) daughter of Elisha and Lydia (Farrand) Hall in 1716. They were the parents of Jesse (1717-1792), Asa (1720-1777), Phebe (1722-1745), and Jacob (1725-1808).
He married second Mary Tirrell (1689-1736) in 1728. She was the widow of Stephen Hersey who died in 1725. They had the following children: Stephen (1729-1749), Mary (born 1733), and Joseph (born 1735).
Jacob married third Rebecca Axtell (born 1706) in 1736.
Jacob and Rebecca moved to Mendham, Morris County, New Jersey along with sons Asa, Stephen and Joseph.
