  John Hall graduated at Bowdoin College 1842; studied medicine with his uncle, Dr. Albina Hall, and settled in practice at Newark, OH. ________________________ From Croydon Centenniel Celebration Book (1866): "John Hall, son of James Hall, Esq., and grandson of James Hall, Sr., was born in October, 1813; studied medicine with his uncle Albina Hall; graduated at Brunswick, Me., and commenced the practice of his profession at Neward, Ohio, where he died.
