    • Josiah was one of at least 8 children born to John and Sarah (Clary) Perry of Watertown. He married first Bethia Cutter, daughter of Ephraim and Bethia (Wood) Cutter of Cambridge, Mass. They lived at Watertown where their 9 children, who included Jonathan, Lydia, Josiah Jr., Ephraim, Nathan, Bethia, Mary, Israel, Dorcas and Sarah, were born between 1710 and 1728. His wife Bethia died in 1748 at Watertown. He married (second) Elizabeth (Bigelow) Harrington of Watertown on March 10 1735/6. They were joined in marriage by Revd Seth Storer. Elizabeth died 26 Sept. 1748.

Josiah died at Worcester, or possibly Watertown, Mass., at age 83.
