• Notes

  Prince, called Hero, was a Whaling Ship Captain. He lived in New Canaan, Connecticut, then Canaan Parish. Being of Stamford, Connecticut,on 25 March 1755, he purchased 60 acres in Canaan Parish. He was in Stamford, Connecticut, in 1784 through 1793 when he died. He bought land, being of Judea, Litchfield county, Connecticut on 5 April 1770. He also wrote letters from the Oblong in New York in 1742 and 1744.
