    • Joseph Sullivan Cook was a member of the 25th Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, Company H.  He mustered in on 8 Aug 1862 , was wounded at A'fld Church on 9 May 1864, and mustererd out on 20 Oct 1864 at the expiration of his service.  He lived
      in Northbridge, MA at the time of his mustering in.
