The Rev. and Mrs. John Todd Young of Greensboro, Georgia, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Miss Elizabeth Ruth Young, to Mr. Delano Chaney Cannon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Madison Mott Cannon of West Newton. Miss Young is a graduate of the Flora Macdonald College in North Carolina, and Mr. Cannon was graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of technology.
