  Ephraim Hall, Jr. was also known as John. Taunton Probate Records, No. 18, 1762-1765, page 310:  Attleborough, 17 November 1761 - Then received of my honourable father, Ephraim Hall, all the moveable estate that he received for me as guardian that my Uncle Edward Hall gave me in his late will and testament together with all the profits of lands at are given to me with will.  Received in full of him, of my guardian, as witness in my hand.  James Clay, George Leonard. Daggett's History of Attleborough lists Ephraim Hall, Corp, serving in Capt. Elisha May's Co. in Col. John Daggett's Reg. from Aug 23, 1778 to Sep 2, 1778, following, and two days to return home.  Discharged Sep 2, 1778. LAND TRANSFERS: 16 Mar 1764 - Sold land to Allen Brown of Rehoboth. 31 Oct 1765 - Ephraim Hall sold land to John Sears; 5 acres at the northerly side of Fuller's Hill to Jedediah Sweet. 1785 - Sold 4 acres to same. 16 Sep 1790 - Ephraim, Jr. sold to John Daggett 4 acres. 15 Mar 1792 - Ephraim Hall sold to Samuel Atherton house and land on the west side of the Ten Mile River.
