Mrs. A. G. HALL
Mrs. A. G. Hall pased away Monday, February 3, at 8:30 o'clock at her home, 402 North Chester street. She had been in poor health for some time but was not confined to her bed until about five weeks previously.
Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon, February 6, 1936, from the mortuary, the Rev. R. Harold Gee, pastor of the Methodist church officiating. Interment was made in the Greenfield cemetery at Tunnel City. Mrs. H. R. Jackson, Mrs. William Fox and R. B. Colman sang, accompanied by Mrs. R. B. Colman on the piano.
Elizabeth Gertrude Becker was born in Chicago, Ill., on December 1, 1874. In 1893 she moved with her parents to the town of Greenfield, Monroe County. June 14, 1899, she was united in marriage to Arthur G. Hall. To this union were born six children, five sons, Arthur F., of Douglas, Minn. Earl C. of Sherboygan, Kenneth, of Winona, Minn. and Harry and Barton, of Sparta, and one daughter, Edna Marie, who passed away November 14, 1935. Besides her husband and five sons she is survived by three brothers, George Becker, of Tunnel City, Ed Becker, of Tomah, and Fred Becker, of Chicago.
Those from away attending the funeral were the sons, Arthur, Earl and Kenneth, Mr. and Mrs. George Becker, of Tunnel City, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Becker , of Tomah, Fred Becker, of Chicago, and Mr. Hall's three brothers, Earl, Orald and Lester Hall, and their families, of Tunnel City, and Carl Lenz, of Tomah.
