  From FindaGrave: His remains were removed from the old burying ground on 5th St. to lot no. 6 Wildwood Section of Lake View Cemetery. ----------------------------------------------- Jamestown Journal, Friday April 30, 1847 pg. 3 In this village, on Sunday morning last, at the residence of Mr. Daniel HAZELTINE, Dr. Abraham HAZELTINE, of Busti, aged 50 years. The deceased resided many years at Warren, PA, and whilst there was actively engaged in the business of his profession. Latterly, he has resided at Busti, and at the time of his death, he was the Supervisor of that town. ----------------------------------------------- Petitioner: Jane Hazeltine of Busti, widow Court 4 May 1847, value of estate $800, appointed administrator Jane Hazeltine and Edwin Hazeltine Heirs and next of kin: Children: Thomas, Daniel, Louisa, William, Dexter, and Lewis Hazeltine, all of Busti and all under the age of 21.
