  	MRS. RUTH G. RICHTERS (Daily Record Wire) FAIR HAVEN -- Mrs. Ruth Graves Richters, wife of John C. Richters, 83 Second st., died early Saturday afternoon at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born in Bennington, Vermont, a daughter of the late George F. and Belle Graves. She resided at Fair Haven with her husband for the past year and a half, coming here from Albany, N. Y. Besides her husband, Mrs. Richters is survived by a sister, Mrs. H. G. Williams of Wellesley, Mass., and a brotherm Luther R. Graves 2d, of Philadelphia.  Arrangements for memorial services are under direction of the Worden Funeral Home, 60 E. Front st., Red Bank.
