- Intention of marriage with Deborah Thompson, of Mendon, published in Attleboro, MA, Dec 1, 1739, and had Ephraim. Also intention of marriage with Elizabeth Hutchens, published in Attleboro, Feb 10, 1753, probably 1743 or before.

Bristol County Probate Records, 1757-1764: Ephraim Hall of Attleborough in the County of BristoL, yeoman greeting; Appoint you to be guardian unto Ephraim Hall, a minor above ye age of fourteen years, son of Ephraim Hall but now in his
majesty's service. With full power and authority to ask, demand, sue for, recover, receive, and take to custody, all and singular such part and portions of his estate as accrues him by any way or means whatsoever doth of right appertain or
belong to command to manage, employ, and improve the same for his benefit, etc., etc...until he arrives at full age or otherwise as said by judge. Norton, May 24, 1759, George Leonard. (The reason for this was that Ephraim, b. 1741, son of
this Ephraim, was left property by his Uncle, Edward Hall, who had no children.)
