  Marie Flora Irene Thibeault suffered a brain protrusion after being pushed off the front porch of the fmily home in a baby carriage in New Bedford, MA. She was admitted to the Wrentham State School (aka Wrentham Development Center), Emerald Street, Wrentham, MA a few years after the accident when her parents could no longer care for her.
