    • This named person, Preserved Hall, may have been the Preserved Hall who, with his wife Lydia in 1709 gave a certificate of good character to a woman accused of being a witch.   (See New England Historical Society Reg., Vol. 5, p.263).

      Preserved was a Cooper and a Constable in 1702.
