1910 US Census for Old Lyme, New London, Connecticut: Nathaniel C. Hall, 41, Harriett L., 37, Nathaniel C. Jr., 8, Gordon L., 4, and John S., 1. All were born in Connecticut except Harriett who was born in Pennsylvania, her father in Pennsylvania, her mother in New York. Nathaniel is a candy maker. They have been married 9 years and Harriett is the mother of 4 with 3 living.
Nathaniel C. Hall, born in Lyme Conn. 8th day of 1869, residing at Lyme Conn, occupation farmer, and Harriet R. Lance, born in Plymouth 7th day of 1872, residing at W. Barre, occupation teacher, marriage license issued 30 June 1900.
