- Raymond Carpenter Hall, Jr. died at home at West Hartford Ave., Uxbridge, MA. He had been suffering from a long illness of cirrhosis of the liver. He donated his body to science. The University of Massachusetts took the body for science and education and returned the cremated remains back to the family in Uxbridge.
