      Rev. David Grosvenor, Congregational minister of Grafton, from which he was dismissed, 1774, on account of ill health, and afterwards became the minister of Paxton, Mass.

      ordained at Grafton (1774) and dismissed (1778) on account of poor health; installed at Paxton (1794) and dismissed (1802); a trustee of Leicester Academy (1785-1815); marched with the Minute Men to Cambridge at the Lexington Alarm (1775)

      He was an amiable and affable pastor but gave up preaching due to bronchial trouble and removed to Petersham MA.
