      Captain Josiah Fuller married Lydia Cushman the daughter of Robert Cushman (1698-1751) and Mercy Washburn (1702-1796). They married on January 21, 1746 in Kingston, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.

      They had 11 children all of whom were born in Kingston. Hannah 1747, Josiah Fuller Jr. 1748, Zephaniah Fuller 1750, Thankful Fuller 1751, Malachi Fuller 1753, Lemuel Fuller 1755, Angelina Fuller 1757, Lydia Fuller 1759 (she married Elisha Cushman her cousin and son of Thomas Cushman and Mehitable Faunce), Johanna Fuller 1762, James Fuller 1768 and Eleazer Fuller.
