His will was dated Aug 21,1691 and inventory taken on Aug 28,1691. He married, first, by Apr 4,1654 at Plymouth,MA, Susanna Jenny. She died by Aug 18,1655. No children by this short marriage. He married, second, Sarah Brewster. He married, third, by Jan 21,1678, Cecilia _____. She survived her husband Benjamin.
