  • Notes
    • From FindaGrave:

Debra (Debbie) Coleman, 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 in Roswell, NM, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on Dec. 19, 1952 in Artesia to Floyd and Billie Hemby Hall.

Bookkeeping was Debra's profession, working in the financial industry since moving to Roswell 32 years ago.

Debra loved her grandson, he was her pride and joy. She loved to travel and listen to audio books and enjoyed country music. Family was most important to Debra, especially during the holidays.

Anyone could ask for help and Debra was the first to lend her hand, doing whatever she could. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, gwamma and friend. She was an outstanding person, one who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her son, Steve Farley; her nephew, Joe Drake; and her step-dad, Bill Arnold.

Survivors left to cherish Debra's memory are two children, Daniel Coleman and Sara of Roswell, NM and Tamara Coleman and Sheila Marquez of Las Cruces, NM; one grandson, Theron Coleman of Roswell, NM; two sisters, Anita Drake of Artesia, NM and Relinda Reeves of Ohio; two brothers, Ronnie Reeves and Trisha of CA, and James Hall and Carrie of Arvada, CO; niece and nephew, Billy Drake and Michelle and their daughters of Artesia and Katelyn Drake of Artesia; numerous other nieces and nephews; mother, Billie Arnold of Artesia; father, Floyd Hall and Earline of Roswell.

Funeral services will be held in the Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Pastor Jack Ferguson will officiate the service. Burial will follow the service at South Park Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Theron Coleman, Doug McGraw, Nino Ceballos, Billy Drake, James Hall and Floyd Hall.

The family wishes to extend a very special thanks to the fine folks at Kymera Cancer Center, Dr Badine, Deb, Phil, Carol, Bess, Natalie, Ashley, Joe, Jennifer, Monica and others we are surely (but not intentionally) forgetting; Dr. Scally and staff at ENMMC Radiation Department; and the caring and helpful staff at Gentiva Hospice.
