  • Notes
    • Eli Howes was a successful cranberry grower whose homestead was located on Sesuit Neck in East Dennis. In 1843 he developed a variety of Cranberry in his bogs which is still harvested and known to this day as the Howes Cranberry. This variety grows late in the season and can be harvested wet or dry.
