  From FindaGrave: He married in Nobleboro on February 24, 1800 Abigail Hall, daughter of James and Hannah (Keene) of Nobleboro. He married again in that town on 4 Mar. 1841 to Rachel Chapman, daughter of Jonathan and Rachel (Knowlton). He served as lieutenant in the war of 1812, and received a pension.
