Mr. A. Stuart Walker of Swampscott announces the engagement of his daughter, Miss Chloe Tyler Walker to Mr. Richard B. Johnson, son of Mrs. Ruth B. Johnson of Swampscott.
The wedding will take place this fall.

A. Stuart Walker of Swampscott, Mass., formerly of Woodberry Forest, has announced the engageent of his daughter, Chlioe [sic.] Tyler Walker to Richard B. Johnson, of Swampscott.
Miss Walker is a granddaughter of Captain Robert S. Walker, the founder of Woodberry Forest School, and spent much of her girlhood there in the home of an uncle, Joseph G. Walker. Her mother, the late Chloe Tyler Cooke Walker, was a native of Richmond. Miss Walker is a graduate of Warrenton Country School and of Bryn Mawr College, class of 1945.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Exeter School, of Harvard College and of the Harvard Law School. During the war he was a first lieutenant in the Eighty-second Airborne Division.
The wedding will take place in October.
